The check-engine light for your life.

NagLight is a personal chore and life tracker from AuroLeap. You keep a list of the things you want to stay on top of (chores, home maintenance, habits, and automated routines such as "did last night’s backup run?"), check them off as you do them, and NagLight turns that list and its history into one simple answer: how far behind am I?

That answer is shown as a single color on a wall tablet, in a web browser, or on a smart bulb, alongside a check-off list of what is due. Green means coast; red means look. You don’t have to open anything; you glance at it across the room.

NagLight is a web app that runs on a home server for one household or a small group of known people. It is not a public sign-up service. A NagLight mobile app that syncs the same information may follow in the future.

How NagLight uses your Google account

NagLight uses Google sign-in and Google Drive. It asks for the smallest set of permissions it needs:

Permission Why NagLight needs it

Sign in with Google (openid, email, profile)

To confirm who you are, keep your tracker data separate from other users' data, and show which account is signed in.

See, edit, create, and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app (drive.file)

To create your NagLight tracker spreadsheet in your Google Drive, read your list of tracked items from it, and record when you check a one-time item off. NagLight can only reach files it created or that you open with it. It cannot see any other files in your Google Drive.

NagLight does not use your Google data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to train AI or machine-learning models. For full details, read the NagLight Privacy Policy.
