NagLight Terms of Service

Effective date: October 13, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the NagLight application ("NagLight"), including the NagLight web app that AuroLeap runs on its own server for a small group of approved users, and any future NagLight mobile apps. By using NagLight, you agree to these terms.

The service

NagLight is a personal chore and life tracker. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use by the people its operator has approved. Features may change, and the service may be paused or discontinued at any time.

Your account and Google services

  • You sign in to NagLight with your Google account and must follow Google’s Terms of Service when doing so.

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your devices secure.

  • You can stop using NagLight and remove its access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Your content

You own the information you put into NagLight and the files NagLight creates in your Google Drive. You allow NagLight to process that information only as needed to provide the service, as described in the NagLight Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use NagLight to:

  • break the law or violate anyone else’s rights,

  • try to access another user’s data or interfere with the service, or

  • store content you do not have the right to use.

Access may be suspended for anyone who breaks these rules.

No warranty

NagLight is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NagLight is a reminder tool, not a safety or monitoring system. Do not rely on it for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm, loss, or damage.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuroLeap and the NagLight developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of NagLight.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use NagLight after a change means you accept the updated terms.
